Florida Brutally Kills Allen Lee Davis

After several botched electrocutions, Governor Jeb Bush of Florida has suspended the use of the chair and the state is planning to use lethal injection instead. The below picture is of Allen Lee Davis ("Tiny") after his excruciating execution on July 9, 1999.
