Jonathan Wallace is the president of
a start-up web development company based in New York City. A graduate
of Harvard Law School, he practiced computer law for ten years
and has authored two books previously: Syslaw, the Sysops Legal Manual
and Understanding Software Law. Heis also the publisher, editor, and major primary writer of
The Ethical Spectacle--the root of this page and an online
magazine with a monthly readership of over 30,000.
Mark Mangan works at the same high-tech company where he is a
Writer/Web Producer.
He spends his days primarily on web design and
writing about his company and the industry. In his spare
time this week he reads and writes about other things that
he finds interesting.
